Since I am very interested in the Sephardic way of life, I am so glad I found this.
When I first started my kosher food experience and my first passover, we starved! I got rid of so many items. Which went to a food bank. Opened items when to a Christian friend who was in dire straights. I was so glad to know that my dietary lifestyle matches Sephardic.
